As a new camp ministry, we have several categories for people to help. Please let us know what area you would like to be a partner with us in. Either Email Us or call us at 616-642-2315, send us a note to POB 231 in Saranac MI 48881, or just talk to us next time you run into one of us.

Divine Intervention

Prayer Because we know that God is the ultimate provider, we rely on Him first and foremost, and seek to honor Him in whatever we do. Please pray for God's intervention in peoples hearts, and that His Holy Spirit will gift us with the necessary skills to accomplish the mission. Also that He would provide whatever resources are best for the people we serve.
Please also pray that God will use you in the most effective manner possible.

Relations We want to continue to be respectful and sensitive to the needs of others around us, including neighbors, the township, businesses, and local churches. Please pray that we will continue to be mindful and successful in preserving those valued relations.

Property and Buildings

Landscaping We are looking for some help with the enterance. Someone who could professionally make it look better would really be appreciated.

Tractor We have aquired a small tractor (1950 Ford 8N). Some attachements we could use include a lift, finnish mower, front weights, roll bar, and a front end loader.

Cement The new shelter is great and gets lot's of use. Adding a floor would be very useful.

Buildings We are planning a few run-ins, a small barn, 4 cabins, a lodge, and a nature center.

Ponds We have been approved by the county and state to deepen the existing ponds so that they are usable for fishing, boating, and swimming. We need a company or individual with the neccesary equipment to make this happen, and with a heart to see their resources be used for God's kingdom.

Driveway We have a long drive back to the camp site, which needs people to sponsor loads of gravel or crushed asphalt. If you are interested in having a load delivered, please let us know. It get's pretty dusty and rutty without it.

Picnic tables We need about 4 more picnic tables built. We have the plans, which call for about $70 in materials each. 'A great small group project.

Roadside berm Because of an electrical transmission line running thru our property, there is a big visual and noise opening at the road. We would like to push up the dirt in a low area towards the road, and plant some low bushes on top.

Volunteers We are looking for energetic Christian teens and adults to join the team in various ministry positions. Contact us if you are interested. A staff application is available for download here.

Financial Partners This camp serves the area using funds donated by those who value it's contribution to the community. If you would like to be part of that team to help, please let us know.
